Return & Refund Policy

At Up & Co., we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we are happy to assist you with your return—provided it meets the conditions below. No exceptions will be made outside this policy.


1. Return Window

  • Regular-priced items:
    Returns must be received by us within 15 days from the shipping date (not the delivery date).
    • If received after 15 days but within 30 days of purchase, only store credit will be issued.
    • No refunds or credits will be issued for returns received after 30 days from the purchase date.
  • Sale items:
    Eligible only for exchange, and only if return is received by us within 15 days of the shipping date.
    • All other sale items are considered Final Sale (see below).

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unused
  • Scent-free
  • With original tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@upandco.ca.
If your return is approved, we will send you return instructions, including the address to send your item(s).

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We do not provide pre-paid shipping labels.
  • Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted, and you will be responsible for the return postage.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us at info@upandco.ca right away so we can resolve the issue promptly.


5. Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

  • All discounted or clearance Sale items (unless stated otherwise above)
  • Jewellery
  • Handbags
  • Bracelets
  • Bralettes
  • Sleepwear

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item:

  1. Please return your original item as per the return policy.
  2. Once approved, place a new order for the desired item.

We are unable to hold items for exchange.


7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your return was approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • It may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund and post it to your account.
